One of the things we had to do in San Francisco area was to go
check out the Heath ceramics factory and store. Here we are
at the front door, very excited!

We went on the factory tour and got to see the whole
production process. Every single piece is hand glazed, and
that's how they get the slight variation in color - helping
make each piece special.
A very nice tour guide lady pointing stuff out for us.
After the tour they served us cookies and coffee!
